Whiteboard: Traits of Marine Corps Leadership
Original whiteboard breakdown of the 14 traits expected of professionals in the U.S. Marine Corps
JJDIDTIEBUCKLE: What sounds like gibberish is actually a Marine Corps mnemonic for fundamental leadership traits.
Walking around Marine Corps bases, you’ll find these traits painted on stairs, plastered on the walls, and most importantly, demonstrated by Marines.
This whiteboard was designed by Kayla Haas on August 26, 2020.

Boy does that bring back memories. I used to use those and the leadership principles to attempt to impart some wisdom to my Soldiers, after I joined the ARNG. It is valuable to see them all written out in this format. Great refresher for me.
The Marine Corps Leadership Traits / Principles is the #1 most frequent thing that non-Marines / non-Veterans ask me to share from my time in the Corps. Well done (again) Kayla - visualizations like this are very useful & valuable. S/F
